We make every effort to make sure you are more than pleased with what you purchase. We accept returns on all products as long as it is returned unworn, in the original packaging, in perfect condition and shipped within 10 business days from the arrival date of your order. Shipping and handling on returned items is non-refundable. Custom clothing (any product ordered from the 'CraveCustomCreate' section) is neither returnable nor exchangeable. All orders one wishes to return must have a Return Authorization Number, please contact us to obtain one prior to returning your order. Orders received without return authorization numbers or not shipped within 10 days of receipt are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping costs for returns are at the expense of the customer. When your order is received, we will send you a receipt reflecting the return credit by email to the address provided at the time you ordered.
Refunds for returns after 10 business days from the arrival date are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No returns shipped after 21 days will be accepted.
Please ship all return orders prepaid and insured with the items wrapped securely in the original packaging. Items must be received in original unworn, undamaged condition. We will not be held accountable for items that are not shipped according to these policies or items that are lost or damaged in the mail, as such we recommend shipping using a service that provides tracking options. Shipping and handling on returned items is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. When the item is received and inspected a credit for the price of the returned item(s) will be issued to the card on file. All returns must be received within fourteen (14) days of the date of RAN issue. Sepia Luxury Apparel is not required to accept returns received after fourteen (14) days.
